Workbooks & Journals

Inner Alchemy’s self-guided workbooks and mini journals help you explore the beliefs that may be shaping your everyday patterns.

They draw from a map of 162 limiting beliefs across eight areas of life. Start with something familiar and manageable. You don’t need to work on everything at once.

Reclaiming Self-Worth

✦ Mini workbook · Digital PDF

Five beliefs connected to Self-Worth & Identity, with space to explore what you believe about yourself, where those conclusions may have come from, and how they show up in your life now.

The workbook guides you through noticing a pattern, finding the belief underneath it, questioning what still holds true and practising a different response. You can return to one belief at a time.

This is the first full Inner Alchemy workbook. Product previews and purchase details will be added here when it is ready.

Mini journals, by area

The mini journals will offer a shorter way into one area of life. Each focuses on a smaller selection of beliefs, with reflection and practices you can return to. Reclaiming Self-Worth is the fuller workbook; these are more focused starting points.

The same belief can show up in more than one area. These categories help you choose where to look first; they don’t need to explain your whole life.

The point isn’t just to find the belief.

Recognising a limiting belief is the starting point. The work is in understanding what keeps it believable.

Inner Alchemy guides you through looking at how a belief shows up in your life, where you may have learned it, what experiences have reinforced it, and whether it still makes sense for the life you’re living now.

From there, you can start questioning the old conclusion and practising a different way of responding.

1. Notice the pattern

What keeps happening, and when?

2. Find the belief underneath it

What would you have to believe for that reaction to make sense?

3. Understand where it came from

What taught you to expect this?

4. Question what still holds true

Does the belief fit your life now, or is it an old conclusion still doing its job?

5. Practise something different

New beliefs become more useful when you have somewhere to actually use them.

The short version is Name it, Trace it, Answer it. Notice what is happening, explore what may be underneath it, then question and practise.
