Frequently asked questions
A few practical things to know about the quiz, the workbooks and choosing where to start.
What is Inner Alchemy? Is it therapy?
Inner Alchemy creates self-guided workbooks and mini journals to help you explore the beliefs that may sit underneath familiar patterns. The work draws on psychological ideas, journalling and optional reflective or spiritual practices. It is educational and reflective work. It isn’t therapy, a diagnosis or individual mental-health treatment.
You can read more about Inner Alchemy and the limits of self-guided work.
What does the quiz result tell me?
Your result suggests one of eight areas of life where you might want to begin exploring limiting beliefs. It doesn’t identify your exact beliefs or explain everything you’re experiencing. The quiz has 17 questions and takes about five minutes. From there, you can look at the beliefs in that area and decide what fits.
What if several areas fit, or my result doesn’t feel right?
Beliefs can affect more than one part of life. Worrying about disappointing people might show up at work, in relationships and around family. You can choose another area if it feels more relevant than your quiz result. Start with something familiar and manageable; you don’t need to work on every area at once.
How is a mini journal different from a full workbook?
A mini journal explores a smaller selection of beliefs within one area. A full workbook gives you more to work through in that area. The first full workbook, Reclaiming Self-Worth, covers 20 beliefs connected to Self-Worth & Identity. You can work with one belief at a time in either format.
What will I receive, and when can I buy it?
The workbooks and mini journals are still being prepared and are marked Coming soon. Reclaiming Self-Worth is planned as a digital PDF. Product details, previews, prices and release information will be added when they’re ready. There’s nothing to purchase through the site yet.
Do I need to believe in anything spiritual?
No. Spiritual practices are optional. You can use the questions and reflection without sharing my personal beliefs, and skip a ritual if it doesn’t fit. When something comes from psychological research, I’ll say so. When it is symbolic, spiritual or a practice I’ve found useful, I’ll be clear about that too.
What if the material feels too heavy?
You can pause, skip a question or stop. You don’t need to push through distress to finish a workbook. Self-guided reflection cannot keep you safe in a dangerous situation or provide the support needed to process serious trauma. If you’re struggling, speak with your doctor or a qualified mental health professional.

How do I ask a question about a product or an order?
Use the Contact page. Include the product name and the email address used for a purchase, if relevant. I can help with questions about Inner Alchemy resources, but I can’t offer therapy or individual mental-health advice through the form.
